A visit to the Skënduli house means becoming a time traveler for a few moments and discovering the lifestyle in the city of Gjirokastra in the 18th century. Built in 1705, this house still remains one of the most beautiful and well-preserved in the city, which has become one of the most famous landmarks of Gjirokastra. Impressively decorated in traditional Ottoman style, the three-story house is a labyrinth of rooms and salons with more than 60 windows, small and large doors and a hammam.
