"Edua" is a shop and restaurant in the heart of the characteristic bazaar of Gjirokastra. Dedicated to typical Albanian food products, organic home products made in an artisanal way, this restaurant is part of the Slow Food network and conveys the philosophy of good, clean and fair food to producers. The purpose of "Edua" is to bring closer, promote and support local production, promoting the continuity of tradition and preserving biodiversity.
